We also offer 30-hour places, for children aged 3 years and above whose parents are eligible, as part of the Government Funding scheme.

Childcare Vouchers

We are registered with several voucher schemes; please speak to the Pre-School Manager or Supervisory staff for details.

Invoices

Invoices are issued in the first two weeks of each half term to cover the cost of the following half term.  Payment dates are stated on the invoice, with payment usually expected by the end of the first week of the next half term. If payments are not made by the due date, your child’s place could be withdrawn.

Payments

Payments should be made by the due date on the invoice, and can be paid into the fees box, direct debit or bank transfer to the pre-school bank account.   We also have the facility to make card payments at the pre-school.  If you are experiencing any difficulty with payments please speak to the Pre- School Manager as soon as possible.

Leaving

For whatever reason, if your child is leaving Pinewood Family Group Pre-School, half a term’s written notice (this can be by email) must be given to the Pre-school Manager. When a child leaves in the middle of a term, fees must be paid for the remainder of that half term (for government funded children transferring to another setting, please speak to the Pre-School Manager for advice).

Changing Hours

If you wish to change the hours that your child attends, please speak to the Pre-school Manager.  Please note that, changes are not always guaranteed and will depend on current availability of places.
