To support families in providing healthy, nutritious meals for their children, our caters HC3S provide a series of simple/cost effective recipes that can be cooked and enjoyed at home. Meals range from vegetarian options like BBQ vegetable and bean wrap to meat options like pork, apple and cider stew. Deserts are all nut free and range from carrot and beetroot cake to banana cloud pancakes. We have included seven days worth of recipes below, but more can be downloaded from the HC3S website.
